EU DELIVERY

SELF ARRANGED EXPORT VIA AIRPLANE, CAR OR TRAIN

 

The online store delivers you items to an address inside the EU first. You then export the goods yourself, via airplane, train or car.


Step 1: Order your Items

When ordering your items online, during the check-out of your shopping cart, use your EU adres as the delivery address and use your non-EU address as the billing address. Canโ€™t find any options to submit a billing address? No worries. You can also write your non-EU billing address on your invoice by hand.

Step 2: Print your invoice
Youโ€™ll need your printed invoice to bring to customs, to get a stamp as proof of export. The store usually sends your invoice to your email after you have ordered and paid for your items. You can usually also find invoices in the order history section of your store account.

Step 3: Go to customs
Take your printed invoice to customs for a stamp.

Step 4: Submit your VAT refund claim
Take a photo of your invoice with the customs stamp clearly visible. Register it in your vatfree.com account so we can start the refund process.
