Is there a minimum purchase amount?
To become eligible for a VAT refund you must spend a minimum amount in every store. That means the total purchase amount on your receipt (including VAT) must be higher than the minimum spend amount.
The minimum spend threshold differs per EU-country.
Do you have a receipt with a lower amount and do you have another receipt from the same store and the same day? If the total purchase amount of both receipts combined is higher than the minimum amount, you can submit them together as one claim.
